My Wish: NASCAR's Kyle Busch Meets Kyle

- Kyle gets the ride of a lifetime with his idol and name-twin, Kyle Busch.
The 8-year-old was diagnosed with suspected mitochondrial disease, and since has lost 40% of his neurological muscle function. But that doesn't stop him from helping his dad work on his race car, and driving on the weekends.
"My Wish" is a collaborative effort with Make-A-Wish that chronicles the granting of unique sports-related wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Not just his fans, but NASCAR fans in general. I took my nephew who was 5 at the time to meet Kyle, my nephew is a Jr fan and was wearing Jr shoes, jacket, Shirt, hat and pants... Kyle was racing for Kellogg's at the time, he grabbed a hat from the trailer, signed it and asked, "now who are you going to cheer for"? My nephew replied, "Jr sir". Kyle laughed and gave him a high five and a hug then took several pictures with him to place on his website, then signed an 8x10 for him and asked, " will you at least cheer for me to place second"? My nephew replied, " I sure will Mr Busch, and if Jr is out early I will cheer for you, because Jr has a bad history here at CA speedway"! Kyle laughed again, tells me what an awesome kid he is and encourages me to introduce him to his big brother Kurt.
Kyle is a very kind hearted man, that day Kyle became my number 2 guy behind flyin' Ryan!

That is so emotional and cool, having a young Kyle Busch fan with a serious illness, meeting his nascar hero. It breaks my heart for young Kyle’s medical condition, but makes my day seeing rowdy make this young boy’s dream come true!! As a 62 year old Kyle Busch fan, my hat goes off you. Thanks rowdy for making this young man’s dream come true. Thank you Kyle and Samantha Busch, may god bless you and your family!!

Young Kyle is so adorable. I mean, with all of his problems I'd love to be his auntie. Because he already has great parents, he doesn't need more. And though I am a North Carolinian I basically don't care for racing. But watching Kyle Busch with this child...I knew NASCAR would get me some day.

I love this. This is why I can't say I hate Kyle Busch, ever, even after that incident in 2011. I still enjoy seeing Kyle Busch to this day. I wish I could meet him and all the other NASCAR drivers too. :3

Like most race fans, I don’t necessarily like Kyle Busch. However, you have to respect good driver and a good person. We’ve all heard Kyle during a race but off track he’s s really good dude. Good move on making this kid’s dream come true. Class act👏
I'm happy to have been a Kyle Busch fan after the Daytona500 and seeing this was an unexpected thing but inspirational! I hope other drivers would looked up to Kyle Busch as a role model when it comes to dealing with their fans.

Like most post on here. Not a Busch fan at all. But seeing him actually caring and doing everything to make little Kyle day is pretty damn cool of him. You can actually see this kinda stuff is important to him. 2 totally different personality’s this guys has. Pretty cool I might not dislike him on the track as much now lol.
I used to pull for him because of the M/M but when he won the. Championship and now to see this shows how good of a person he is not on the track Kyle bush is my driver let's get a win

My cousin is actually friends with Kyle Busch I got to meet him at my cousin's shop with his race cars and we saw home there he gave us autographs
