You can write scripture and your thoughts and then erase it when you want to. Also Satan hates it when we pray. Keep that in mind. Let that help motivate you to pray. Sweetie wen u fast for spiritual reasons the bible says u fast in secret.u dont tell anyone and this way God hears u...your off to good start because the bible says when u pray it should be on your knees with the door shut in private so God hears u.
