This might be hands down one of the most USEFUL things I've ever listened to in my life. What a practical way of looking at the Magician. As a creative professional who just stepped into a full-time creative job, this was SO helpful in thinking about how I approach creativity, success, ability, personal power, etc. I'll certainly be listening to it more than once.
This series is great! ❤ and I love the wild unknown. It was the first "pipish" deck that really spoke to me. Kim really does a great job creating decks.
It would be funny if someone made a magician card that was like… a guy giving out samples at Whole Foods. Like a cracker for pentacles, a breadstick for a wand…
Lol I did just that with my raw taco shells years ago at Wholefoods 😂.. Thank you, you just remembered some of the awesome things I have created ..Thank you
Kelly-Ann, your videos are a breath of fresh, spiritual air ✨️ thank you for the shadow exploration! I had been pondering on how I want to acknowledge my power because of how I may impact others without my own awareness. It feels hard to do, especially if you're feeling hurt or vulnerable, because we need to reflect on the power we may have been ignoring, and the choices we may have also been overlooking. ❤❤❤
Loved this video and am so excited for the rest of this series! I've always seen The Magician card as a "self indicator" card whenever it pops up - and tbh, the more I learn about this card the more that inclination makes sense to me.
I absolutely love this series thank you Kelly Ann!!! Your previous video on the sample reading were also so useful for me to push my boundaries from habits thank you! 🙏🏼❤️
You have been a profound inspiration to me. I recently just got a deck of tarot cards and a few oracle decks. I am a recent convert out of Christianity, so the cards are a big step for me. Still learning about them. Thank you for being here for us/me for Literally Years and All of your content❤️
I’m loving this series - thank you so much for putting so much work and commitment into it! I well remember the stir created by The Wild Unknown Tarot when it first came out. Joanna De Voe first introduced me to it and I was excited. It wasn’t *quite* the first deck to tip me over the edge, though. That honour goes to Tarot of the Hidden Realm, introduced to me by The Truth in Story. Tarot still begins and ends for me with that deck for some reason, though I do reserve some love and attention for other decks, including The Wild Unknown. But who first got me interested in tarot in general? Well, there was this channel called The Four Queens… ❤
Is it just cuz your holding it close to the camera? I thought you had a giant deck and I wanted one! This deck is my soul deck and I almost didn’t get it because it was so popular when I discovered it I thought maybe it wouldn’t be unique enough for my taste. Super glad I over riled myself! And glad to see it here.
Haha, I also almost didn't get it - the marketing was very.. 'saturating.' I didn't know if it would ultimately disappoint me and I would just be someone who was wowed by marketing. Soooo glad I was wrong! (And yes it's a normal-sized deck. I personally would never by a big deck - my hands are so bloody small that I struggle to shuffle normal-sized ones, haha)
@@kelly-annmaddoxI have yet to get the mini version of this deck but I would totally buy it in any size lol. (Large would obviously be like an altar card deck or something just for show) Yes I almost feel vindicated that so many people are like… divesting of this deck. My inner tarot snob is just like “you uncultured fools are too simple to understand the greatness of this deck!” Evil mustache twirl or whatever… 😈
There are awards for tarot readers?? I mean how do you enter? (Feeling competitive (not with you, I could never, but like i definitely want to win some awards lol)
This is actually a really Magician-like question. 😜 It was a Tarosophy Tarot Association award and I actually didn't apply - I was voted for by the membership as a public teacher with the best Tarot learning resource that year. Had no idea they had voted for me until I was sent the award.

Love love love love this series. Can't wait to be an absolute EXPERT at tarot by learning from the best 😄

Love the danger noodle hanging off your lobe ❤
Thanks, I made it myself - I found it in a kids toy bin at a thrift store and gave it new life as an earring 😋

Kim Krans is one of my favorite artists since the Wild Unknown tarot was exploding everywhere. I collect her decks, they all knock it out of the park.
I absolutely love this series thank you Kelly Ann!!! Your previous video on the sample reading were also so useful for me to push my boundaries from habits thank you! 🙏🏼❤️
Thanks darling. I am psyched about how many people got something from my sample readings in that vid. 😊❤
