Compare this show with Dragnet, which ran during those same years, with better ratings. Also, some viewers may find the video a bit grainy, the sound a bit unclear. That’s not “Dwight Frye’s” fault. I watched NYPD when it was originally shown, and it looked and sounded like that to begin with.
Is there any way you would be able to get the episode “Deadly Circle of Violence”? I have been looking all over for it but I can only find small bits and pieces. It would be amazing to see! Thanks!
To those born after 2000 nyc had a real large white middle class population back in the 60s,70s where all 3 cops jeff,Corso and Haines probably lived in nyc and we know Haines lived in manhattan.
I have very fond memories of this show from when I was a kid. The 60's were a great time for TV.

I was able to buy every episode on DVD from a nypd lover. I cannot remember however who he was but I can find out. Will let you know.
