I entirely agree, however the attempted reworkings by aspiring DJs should never be called a "remix" in the first place. To do a remix, you have access to the stems, or original multitrack recordings. What people are actually doing is creating a "version" og an "edit". In my humble opinion.
The chord progressions during the chorus of this track send so many butterflies and emotions; typical Motiv8, this is why Steve Rodway was asked to remix so many tracks. Sublime and authentic, this is why dance music in the 90s is some of the best. Bring back those days! :-(
