NEW Elddis Avanté 454 || Two berth fixed bed (2020 show)
The Avante 454 is a brand-new model for the 2020 Season, we managed to have a look around this caravan at The Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at the NEC Birmingham in February 2020.
This layout stood out to us to look around as it’s a two berth caravan with a bright and spacious L-shaped lounge. The other feature that stood out was that it also incorporates a transverse island bed which at this price point is well worth looking at. Its well worth mentioning that if you like this layout but are not keen on the colour scheme then we would highly recommend looking at the Compass Casita 454 as this offers a slightly different twist on this unique layout.

I do like the layout but that blank wall in the lounge would worry me, even with a telly on it! The toilet would be a bonus as I could dangle my gammy leg! Good price though! Thanks for the update darling! X

Its a great layout. its a great idea. But the lack of space in the kitchen is a trade off. there is always a comprimise. the lounge is just brilliant. But the smalll wash room and lack of kitchen space i think for the extra £1000 you can have the affinity.

Am of course very biased but I do love the style is Elddis and Compass vans, prefer the darker wood in the Compass though

Quite an interesting layout, and as someone who's considering a 4 berth purely for the fixed bed it's half of interest. However, I just can't see why you wouldn't make the lounge convert into a bed. While I wasn't particularly interested in an Elddis, this did get me looking. But I couldn't buy it, it's too much of a compromise when you factor in the Avante 550 is only £900 more, has a better bathroom and 2 extra berths and is only 100kg heavier, it would be a no brainer.
Especially as everyone now has B+E on their licence (I realise this wasn't the case when you made the video).

I do like that there is something for everyone out there and an added bonus is the change in the BE category, like you mention. The Acadia is very nice, I would also suggest a look at the new Adria Altea range which is just being launch following a huge revamp. I think the Adria website will be updated towards the end of this month. Happy caravan shopping.. Karina

err no. if well prepped would of made sure the van had the radio fitted and with draws that close. dont blame presenter or cameraman but makers of caravan should be ashamed to take this thing to any show.
first off it is not a CARA VAN it is a Caravan ..... this cheap looking thing Needs another window at the front left side. realy looks very cheaply made... notice she couldnt even close the draw/table.. and surely that l shape turns into another double ? if not there is a big mistake........ to call this thing the AVANTE is crazy . Elddis Avante's used to be realy nice vans, this looks cheap and nasty.....
