I think kinitos old user either had a heart attack,stroke or seizure, considering there is any blood or sign of a struggle, and it would suggest why kinito is so terrified od thinking about it, considering when you wittness someone having a stroke or heart attack, it isn't the best thing to look at.

I put candy inside of them at a toy and I decide to make one for you KP it has a teddy bear and I wasn’t sure what candy you like so I just added some M&Ms a classic favorite.
