Point Richmond Wigwags Forever Event

The wigwags of Point Richmond, Ca have finally been restored. They held an event on July 28, 2019 to celebrate. Here is some footage of the wigwags being operated for the first time in 15 years. After the event ended, the wigwags go back to being silent until the next event. This is planned to be an annual festival.
