El día hoy voy a enseñarles cómo pueden ustedes hacer el cambio de toner sin ningún problema y asi, no vaya a afectar la producción de ella por los errores comunes.

Good day! The chip sensor must be dirty, take out the toner jar and clean it with alcohol. If it does not improve, change the chip, if changing the chip does not improve, change the toner jar for a new one. Bless!
