Fun fact, that line originally comes from HUNK in the Umbrella chronicles game. The fact that the dev team recycled that line from what is essentially an obscure off-shoot Resident Evil game shows the amount of respect they had to the source material.

I think what makes HUNK such an admirable unit of a character, is that, he doesn't collect items or restock on ammo, he uses what's on him and only that. He's essentially a test on the player on whether or not they're worthy of even surviving through the hell he's been through.

Overexposure will ruin the intrigue surrounding HUNK. What makes HUNK cool is that he's that one random umbrella Agent who survived Brikin and made a 100 meter dash through the mansion to escape the city before it blew up and secured the G-Virus.
I just want a mini HUNK episode every RE, like the remake did. That'd be dope, like "tune in next time to see what HUNK does next!"

What a perfect soundtrack. Gives the exact feeling of "little time" and "danger". It perfect for Hunk, who is so serious that when he passes by his dead commarades in the sewers he does not even flinch! Focus, dread, alone... Perfect soundtrack for one of the most bellved characters !!!

@@s4mtix I wonder how much trouble they'd actually have, Capcom seems pretty open to letting BHVR use their characters and assets (I've been told they straight up gave BHVR assets to use for the RPD map) so if they hold the license for the music as well it might be in the realm of possibility.

The thing I always loved about this dude, is if you play Outbreak you get to see him unmasked and he's just this totally normal-looking dude. Like, you'd pass that guy on the street and think absolutely nothing of him. I always thought it was so cool that he's not all scared or tattooed up under there, but just a completely bog-average person.

So, hear me out (or read me out)... I didn't like Hunk too much in RE4R Mercenaries when I first played him because the NEKU BUREAKERU animation took too long in the new gameplay, but kinda funny what he does with his fingers afterwards like "oooh magic" (HAHA)... until I turned the volume up a bit and heard the remix of this song in... holy shit that pumped me up SO much and then I realized I was playing him wrong. I got the playstyle right with him and now he's my favorite. I really like what Capcom is doing with RE now, and this guy needs MORE LOVE

This would have fit as the escape the lab part. Ohhh. Putting that really sends adrenaline through my veins trying to escape the lab.
It would, but then again it wouldn't. This theme conveys urgency, desperation and fear. Although the ending of re2 gives you a sense of urgency, you can still prepare for the upcoming fight whereas the 4th survivor scenario drops you into a scenario where survival is everything.
Yeah I had this playing soon as the timer starts at the end, but then it really didnt fit having this boss fight
