      @nurcARTS 10 ปีที่แล้ว +39

      heyseus chang
      Dafuq are you talking about? Steroids have nothing to do with body fat. All you need to achieve a 4% body fat is a caloric deficit ( Diet and exercise ) . He is definitely under 8% though.

    • @charles125
      @charles125 10 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      nurcARTS It's a percentage, so you need low fat and a high amount of muscle. That's why he mentioned steroids, because getting that low in bf% usually means youre losing muscle too. But it's definitely doable naturally. That being said Nate is nowhere near 4%, he's probably 7-8%. Which people don't realize is really low.

      Lukas But he can be on steroids. You don't know that. Just because you work really fucking hard doesn't mean you can't also be on steroids. 182 pounds at 5'9" with sub-10% bodyfat? I think that would raise eyebrows for anyone.

    • @joshk7286
      @joshk7286 9 ปีที่แล้ว

    Being a 3+ year bodybuilder, these guys are on point with their sentiments. Hardest thing about being fit is WANTING it bad enough, aka, CONSISTENCY. Most guys go to the gym and don't grow not because of their routines or diet; but mainly because they are not consistent and when they do hit the gym they do not push their body past its limits. Gotta work hard to get results no matter what you do.

      4% is doubtful NBA players and NFL players condition more than bodybuilders for sure. NFL lift to get big, NBA players dont try to get very big but do condition like crazy. So its not uncommon as most NBA players are around 10-4% body fat.
