This very common. Yes modi government make strict rules but money man ,politician, and high society people can do same like this hit and run case and they may be safe by the higher authorities and by court too . bad driving consuming alcohol and the blame comes over police and other peoples. For common people every burden and strictness is given on them by this law only .This is the truth of strict law as a result present government lose the people support and unliked by the people.
If law is imposed and anybody who can do the crime of hit and run then why they beat the bushes here and there when somebody is drunk ,driving and hit and kill human just punish him no more clearance by the police and the liquor wender . everybody is educated specially high profile boys and girls and their parents they know their habits also .
Basically this flickering nature of court and pressure of politician make such laws rubbish and distrubance for only common people not just like this type is persons .
I am questioning to modi government?
When you make a law for hit and run just follow it .don't try to distract and apply conditions this and that it seems they are clearly manipulate this law for their profit . and according to law one person is dead and do the same what your law of hit and run applied on every person
And the best thing is just punishment that person who is drunk and driving . That's all . just Apply
otherwise don't make such laws hit and run case as it tells.
