A lovely album, I just love the way you have decorated the album. Reference the spine, i use the Laura Dennison method and add an extra 1/4 inch so that the pages and book lays flat. Thanks for sharing and your inspiration. X
Thank you so much. I was unaware that Laura Dennison was the originator of the extra 1/4 inch spine method. I just selected this measurement as a modified version of Kathy King's patented method. Thanks for the info and for watching!
Jacq I am thoroughly enjoying this series!! I just wanted to say thank you for sharing this with us and your tutorial I received the other day is fantastic!! Gosh the work and care you put into this whole journey is truly appreciated by this ole girl!! Thank you again.
OMG you just filled my crafty love tank. Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to view my videos and comment! I truly appreciate you!!!
Very beautiful book. have this paper myself and wondered how to use it ... your hinge system is the patented system by Kathy Orta King - The Hidden Hinge Plus System
@@JacqsScraps not entirely sure as I am very sleep deprived but the charms on the pages are what I guess I meant. I'll check out the tutorials. Thanks 💜
Hi Kim! You could use the L-hinge pages but this would eliminate the pocket pages. You would need to add an additional piece on the L page to make a pocket. Hope that makes sense.
Thank you. This project used a lot of paper. Here's a best guesstimate: ~8 12x12 cardstock for the cover, matting and pop-up features and ~25 8 1/2x11 cardstock for the page designs and page inserts, possibly matting. Hope this helps.
I forgot the pattern paper. I had 2 of each paper in this collection on hand. 1 sheet of each seemed to be enough but there were a couple times where I used 2.
What a treasure for your great niece! A beautiful keepsake album ♥

Thank you so much. Yes, the hinge I used was a modified version. Kathy uses an extra 1/2 inch. I also have her license. TFW!
Oh I love seeing albums as gorgeous on camera! 😊😮
How did you create the page jump ring?
I'm not sure what you mean by 'page jump ring'. This album has a full step-by-step tutorial where I would have gone over any design. TFW!

Can use this with the lay down L down pages not the lay down method ?

Love this album! ❤ Can you please tell me how much paper you used (design paper)? Thanks
