I would say that the one thing you forgot to include, and this is the number one mistake. Is the inclusion of a waist covering such as a cummerbund or evening waistcoat for black tie. It's one of those things that differentiate evening from daytime business dress.
Should add for people that in black tie optional, the objective should be to adhere to a black tie ensemble, the optional part is just to cover people who don’t have a tuxedo.
