What is better a nebulizer or a steamer for vocal cords?
Oh, that is truly up to you and which is easier in the location you are at. A nebulizer is more portable for sure, and that is what Sondra uses all the time.
Very informative. Im working on a hypnotherapy program for singers. Not for the treatment of vocal problem ( not qualified) but auditory visualizations for the ideal tone, etc. The subtle changes in the body are often neglected or dismissed as not that crucial. Its not just the throat. Im a new fan.
