they should make bounty hunter a role in the game where your primary goal is to hunt bounties in PVP and PVE

Quick comment, Akainu really isn’t a “bad” marine, his belief is just yk, get rid of all pirates and he doesn’t care what it takes most of the times. A better example would be like the Mouse dude during Nami’s arc.

Question will you be able to give your NPC crew mates/ marine crew devil fruits if they're characters don't already have one
It wasn't mentioned, but I don't think so.
This sounds like a great idea, but they would need to improve a lot the Npc AI so they can fight alongside with you and use the skills, on arcane oddysey for an example, they have the npc crewmates systems but they just operate the cannons and cant help you out on battles.
