Sis, mas maganda pa din ung bahay na, ginawa from scratch. Meaning machecheck mo o mababantayan mo mga construction materials na ginamit sa mismong bahay mo. Mahirap din bumili nung nakatayo ng bahay, dahil hindi mo alam if substandard ang ginamit a mga materials. Advice lang po.

Nako, pag isipang mabuti.ganyan nangyari sa tita ko.. sakit sa ulo balik balikan yung house for maintenance and magbayad tax.. based kasi sila abroad.in the end na hassle lng sya tapos hirap pa ibenta .. babaratin ka rin..
