Not a subscriber yet. Sincerely wish you well. I am 73 and I have a genuine vw t4 petrol 2.5 5 speed manual, which I stripped out while outer + inner wheel arches were replaced plus front outriggers + twin factory manual roofs welded/repair, + full respray (white) + new windscreen. I have a disability with my spine so I ca sympathise with you ,how frustrating it is. My family have convinced me that it's time to sell .I live 2 miles from Santa Pod, in Irchester. Best wishes, David.
Lovely to read this comment from yourself David, and I’m sorry to hear it’s time to sell your beloved t4. Being so close to Santa pod you must get annoyed with all the extra traffic and boy racers haha. I wish you well and hope your t4 goes to another caring family and by the sounds of it they will be getting a decent van. I would love to buy the van off you but financials currently are saying no 😞 I will have to finish this white van first and sell it. Many thanks and best wishes my friend, Matt.
@TwiggsT4 Thank-you Matt, if you hear of anyone who might have some interest drop me a post. Santa Pod always depends on the type of vehicles which are meeting . Buses and bugs lovely- no problems & always helping each other out. KEEP WELL. David. Ps, most of the bugs pass by my house.
I appreciate your concern mate. It's a challenging time, but I'm taking it one day at a time. Your support means a lot, and I'm glad you enjoy the videos. Stay safe and take care as well buddy

Been down your neck of the woods for 10 days working at Goodwood last week and I have been rough all week. Very tired and dizzy since I returned home. Must be something around that area? Still rough now, and never been like this before.
It sounds like you've been through quite a rough patch after your work at Goodwood. It could well be something in the area. Make sure to take it easy and get some rest, Matt.
Na the patches were a lot smaller than the holes, too much heat and not letting it cool down, I saw it warped but continued to weld it in because it started raining and I didn’t want to pack everything away just to wait for it to stop. I could put in a brace but I will either put solar panel on it, on bring the van into work and do a roof cut and get it spot on, I have options but I just want to get it done asap

@@TwiggsT4 🥰
Would welding a brace under that roof prevent it popping back?
The patch was too big for the hole by the look of things.

@TwiggsT4 Fair enough. I seen tight patches cause similar problems in the past. Good luck.
