Cryptococcosis is an opportunistic infection it occurs in these immunocompromised diseases like HIV
Candidiasis and Aspergillosis both are opportunistic infection dear.
but candidiasis is more common so that candidiasis is correct Answer.
crypotococcosis is systemic infection which also cause opportunistic infection but it is part of systemic mycoses. so that it not correct answer.
