honestly disappointing to read the comments suggesting that an artist can’t move in a different direction musically. it’d be weird to think that every song that comes from pvris will sound like something from white noise... artists grow and change .. as they should ... i always see the same kind of ppl who always equate an artist/band evolving its sound to trying to appeal to the public and become “mainstream” when that isn’t the case. anyways. i lov this song and it has the essence of pvris within it regardless of the effects. i’m looking forward to the new album!!!!!
Anyone Else was a real smash though. Lynn still had a ton of grit and 80% was instrument based. They ditched the guitars and actual drums now and it’s disappointing. To be honest though, I’m not surprised. Seeing them live, Lynn was really skittish on a few songs, forgetting lyrics and missing cues. I think her anxieties drove the band down this path. It just makes me sad, because she’s not the whole band and this really strips the guys out. It’s not like they got popular by her doing her own thing, they’re a band and now she’s gone full Gwen Stefani..
i think you guys are forgetting this is one song off a whole album, just because one song is a little more poppy than their songs usually are, doesnt mean that it will be the theme of the album. even though the song is different, you can still tell it’s pvris, it still has the same vibe and feeling as their other songs, and its still amazing

My 2nd favorite song has always been Nola 1 after hearing it for the first time and even after the 1000th time. Lynn Gunn explained the meaning behind “Nola 1” and why it is her favorite song "That’s one of my favorites on the record, which is a hard pick. That song was the first one I wrote when we weren’t finished playing shows, but it was our first extensive break we had from touring. I went to New Orleans with Blake and we posted up in an Airbnb for a week. It was the first time in two or three years that I had time just to breathe, exist and not have any type of pressure looming over me. It was a very lost period for me. That song has the perfect blend of upbeat summer vibes with a very underlying sadness and melancholy, which is what that trip was. It was so relaxing, a breath of fresh air, but it was also very sad with that reflection. It offers the most resolution out of all the songs and takes the story full circle with its ghosts and mirrors." I would of waited a decade for another single, because I know deep down from listening/reading other artists interviews the levels of stress that hide behind most of the smiles of band members during vigorous schedules , but I also know how music "can be" as enhancing as true love, and I know that as a fan of music, my patience will always be a virtue. We are all looking forward to the new album. Thank you PVRIS for your music!!!
🔥🔥🔥 O M G !!!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 My opinion is divided. I miss Lindsey's natural voice and the hardest sound. But at the same time I'm excited about this new era of Pvris. The music video is amazing 😍
Saw them live in Manchester yesterday, Lynn played this, my favourite song from them, in the crowd right next to me, what a moment! I even managed to blurt out loud, 'it's my favourite song' to Lynn and she said along the lines of I love it too, man THANKS SO MUCH GUYS FOR THE SHOW!!! Made getting the VIP tickets so worthwhile especially for the photo opportunity too, you guys are AWESOME! Hope to hear more of you on the radio soon, keep it up! To any one thinking of going to a PVARIS show, get the VIP tickets, will be worthwhile. And the supporting act Joywave was great too and so were songs playing over the speakers in the interlude such as somewhat relative unknown Tinashe's new songs, thanks for promoting great indie music guys!!!
It's amazing how with every album they have managed to evolve their sound and grow as a band but still maintain their integrity! I love this, its different but still Pvris. I respect a band who aren't afraid to change direction and evolve their sound, to me they are true musicians. I'll always be a fan of theirs no matter what!!

Reading all these comments...can't understand how so many people think this isn't their sound. To me this totally sounds like it could be on White Noise or AWKOH...this song is 100% PVRIS....and it's a bad ass single for the new album
I like how they're progressing into a new era and style of music, i do hope Alex has some more guitar fills though in the upcoming songs, i miss the fully reverb guitar parts :D

LOVE it!! This piece has the rock influence from White Noise with a hint of distortion; and the electronic textures from All we Know of Heaven. Mary Me Lynn!!
It's clearly a PVRIS song, but I'm not as hooked as I was for their other singles and albums. It's got a lot less alt rock than I would've liked, but it's still an entertaining song. I'm interested to see how it'll fit in with the album as a whole. The video is wild, though, I do dig it.
VR96FE I like this a lot. I don't like it as much of some of their other music but it is still great in its own way. I dislike mainstream musical elements, but that's because they're often used lazily. Not this song. Not PVRIS. This song is a complex tapestry of sound effects and it is beautifully rich. I danced to this song the other day while I was having an emotional breakdown. I've been replaying it ever since, constantly. Writing something I can dance to while sulking about my circumstances requires talent, and this production is well done. I commend PVRIS!
I liked the song but THE VIDEO is so clear. I loved how they represent the feeling of needing space, air, and how Lynn plays with the snake, which can be so dangerous. I could feel the lyrics thanks to the video. Amazing. These guys never let me down!

"I'm falling fading" was--was that a Demon Limbs reference
Lynn definitely likes calling back to other songs, especially on the last album
I am cri.
@madeofmilktea Actually the video shows complete opposite....
@madeofmilktea ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
SKSKSKSKSK. ICONIC. Pvris can NEVER make a bad song. 😍❤️
This band is easily one of my top 5. Been listening to them since the beginning and they havent let me down yet, and keep getting better, love Pvris
When she shouts the high notes YES QUEEN
Their style is so unique but never gets old. They know how to switch things up but still keep their fans. They’re evolving for the better and I’m so happy for them. Not to mention they’re from my hometown :)
Im so so glad they're releasing new music
Will never get over Lynn's angelic voice 💓💓
My 2nd favorite song has always been Nola 1 after hearing it for the first time and even after the 1000th time.
Lynn Gunn explained the meaning behind “Nola 1” and why it is her favorite song
"That’s one of my favorites on the record, which is a hard pick. It offers the most resolution out of all the songs and takes the story full circle with its ghosts and mirrors."
I would of waited a decade for another single, because I know deep down from listening/reading other artists interviews the levels of stress that hide behind most of the smiles of band members during vigorous schedules , but I also know how music "can be" as enhancing as true love, and I know that as a fan of music, my patience will always be a virtue.
We are all looking forward to the new album.
Thank you PVRIS for your music!!!
I'm all for the parts with Lynn singing with the people's hands around her. You can feel so much emotion and power through her performance there.
Colors!! damn, i like it.
You're back and I'm happier than ever
This sounds so fresh. We love the groove.
Can't wait for the new album
🔥🔥🔥 O M G !!!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
My opinion is divided. I miss Lindsey's natural voice and the hardest sound. But at the same time I'm excited about this new era of Pvris. The music video is amazing 😍
I'll never grow tired of seeing the hand emotions, head movements, and lights behind her at 1:12!

I Love the album! PVRIS never disappoints! It’s been so awesome to see them evolve in their music! I love Lynn! She’s got it all! She can write, sing, and she’s gorgeous! Best of all, she seems like a really good person. Let’s just say, I want Lynn more than most things.😉♥️ Thank You for continually putting out great music!!
You know what kind of music I like
The kind I can repeat over and over and never get tired of, well hello PVRIS
Reading all these comments...can't understand how so many people think this isn't their sound. To me this totally sounds like it could be on White Noise or AWKOH...this song is 100% PVRIS....and it's a bad ass single for the new album
I like how they're progressing into a new era and style of music, i do hope Alex has some more guitar fills though in the upcoming songs, i miss the fully reverb guitar parts :D
Me first time listening: Hm, yeah, not bad, but I'm not really into it
Second time: Oh, okay. This is a nice song
Third time: OMG, I'M OBSESSED WITH THIS SONG!!!
Pvris beats are always the best for drums cover hats off !!
sultry vibes 🔥
Pvris is baaaaack yassss
What a ride that was. Good to have you back, PVRIS
I didn’t even know you released a new song 😱 and it’s so good

I seriously can't stop listening to this. Please never ever stop putting out music that reaches threw my skin and bones and grips my heart. the beat becomes your pulse till the song is done. idk how you guys do it but it gets me every time.
My lord, i'm amazed, speechless, this is amazing, so good, great, the sound, the visuals, the vibe
LOVE it!! This piece has the rock influence from White Noise with a hint of distortion; and the electronic textures from All we Know of Heaven. Mary Me Lynn!!
This was in the movie “Freaky” with Vince Vaughn, I was so happy to hear them 😄
I'm literally wearing my PVRIS shirt right now, so happy they're back with this fire
I'm addicted to this song.
MY GOD!!!....Awesome song, i love PVRIS ...i'm anxiously waiting for the new album :)
It's clearly a PVRIS song, but I'm not as hooked as I was for their other singles and albums. It's got a lot less alt rock than I would've liked, but it's still an entertaining song. I'm interested to see how it'll fit in with the album as a whole. The video is wild, though, I do dig it.
I agree x10
My words. It's a good song, but I miss the style from the first album and this sounds too generic since it has so many mainstream music elements.
It took me a couple tries to get into it...i think its safe to say by the 1st week i was obsessed
Getting goosebumps all over whenever I come back to it - and I come back A LOT - I'm already obsessed
Freaky 🔥
Start of a new generation for rock. Love you guys you make me cry and I love you with all my heart 😍
The only band I KNOW that will always release amazing songs that I can never hate👌🏻💖
I’ve been obsessed with this song for like 5 months now (I also can’t get over how good this MV is) 💯🔥
SUCH a good song. Using this for a drag performance soon and I'm so excited.
Everything Pvris does is pure perfection.
OH MY GOSH YES I CAN’T WAIT FOR MORE PVRIS SONGS 😳👊😎🤘
I'm in love with this song and it's only been up for a couple hours. But I can't say I'm surprised. All your music is beautiful.
I thank a lot the movie "freaky" for having made me discover this incredible group 🤟🏻🖤
My favorite band forever and ever, love you guys !!!!

The song, the video, everything is just hot in a strange way but I like it 🤤
That's just PVRIS 💯🔥
PVRIS snapped. Aaaaaaaaaaaah. PVRIS in color, Lynn with a snake, Brian, Alex, everything, every second in this=perfection . This is everything 🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏
GOD THIS SONG SLAPS SO HARD MY JAW HIT THE FLOOR TWICE😩👊💯
I liked the song but THE VIDEO is so clear. I loved how they represent the feeling of needing space, air, and how Lynn plays with the snake, which can be so dangerous. I could feel the lyrics thanks to the video. Amazing. These guys never let me down!
This love, this love
This love, this love
This love, this
This love looks like a loaded gun
A noose around my neck or a sweet poison
If it gets in the wrong hands, then we're fucked
'Cause heaven knows what you do to me
You could chain me up or set me free
And you could suffocate or let me breathe, yeah
Baby, you could be the death of me
Maybe I'm crazy, I know you're danger
Baby, you could be, you could be
I'm falling, fading, and seeing angels
Baby, you could be the death of me
Maybe I'm crazy, I know you're danger
Baby, you could be the death of me
I'm falling, fading, and seeing angels
Baby, you could be the death of me
One man's hell is another's God
It's all about perspective, a parallax
You're a cold-blooded killer only after dark
But I don't mind, woo
'Cause I'm a sucker, I'll do 'bout anything
Just to get those hands on me, yeah
Keep me hanging on so desperately
Baby, you could be the death of me
Maybe I'm crazy, I know you're danger
Baby, you could be, you could be
I'm falling, fading, and seeing angels
Baby, you could be the death of me
Maybe I'm crazy, I know you're danger
Baby, you could be the death of me
I'm falling, fading, and seeing angels
Baby, you could be the death of me
'Cause heaven knows what you do to me, yeah
Let you chain me up or set me free
You could suffocate or let me breathe
You could be the death of me, woo
'Cause heaven knows what you do to me, yeah
Let you chain me up or set me free (woo)
You could suffocate or let me breathe
You could be the death of me
Maybe I'm crazy, I know you're danger
Baby, you could be the death of me
I'm falling, fading, and seeing angels
Baby, you could be the death of me
Maybe I'm crazy, I know you're danger
Baby, you could be the death of me
I'm falling, fading, and seeing angels
Baby, you could be the death of me
Pvris is godly, I don't feel deserving of such PURE melody
Essa música é maravilhosa 💗💗💗
ESSE ANJO PRECISA DE MAIS RECONHECIMENTO
