Perfection is the best quirk on skins celestial and black hole is the best quirk combination the second best quirk combination is sniper and assasin

the reason the 160m is not better than 29m is bc its scalling unit so you have to equip it the game just does not equip it for
some reason.

im f2p and im not #1 but i do 10b on the dps thing and 20 b on bosses and stuff with only 2x dmg no boosts and with 2xharmony
