I finally understand what jesus was saying when he said to pray and believe without doubting and you will receive. Oral Roberts testimony completes this study. Oral had a hand that had bunch of warts on it. His dad told him to pray and believe that the warts would go away. So, oral prayed and the first day passes and nothing changes.
