Actually not only to foreign celebrity but even our local celebrity in all high end malls even in Serendra and BGC Hi Street sometimes they are more interested with the basketball players (PBA) than celebrity.

Greenbelt is a safe place for celebrities, since it is the mall for the “rich peeps”, but anyone can still go inside there. I am always in Greenbelt since I work near the mall, but I don’t get to see celebrities. Haha!
Because unless they're local celebrities, they would just look like any other foreigner. Heck , even the Ayalas walk around the area and stroll around the country on their motorcycles and we can't recognize them.
