Oh my goodness! Lots of beautiful scenery, delicious cinnamon rolls and your precious pups! I’m so glad your dogs weren’t hurt with that woman’s dogs. And yes, it’s just the polite thing to announce yourself when near someone’s camp. Also, I loved the hat! Can’t wait to watch your adventures in Dawson 🩷

@@ramonapuckett3059 thank you! There’s plenty more pups and scenery to come. And it could have been so much worse with the dogs. I’ll take a few scratches over vet visits any day. I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks it’s only proper to announce yourself. Dawson and so much more to come ☺️

Love Dawson City! If it’s your birthday, you can drink for free. There’s a bakery/general store one street back from the main road-I hope you found it. Amazing croissants and fantastic soup for not a lot of money. Loved the Top of the World highway-amazing drive. At the border we only had two questions: Any firearms? Any firewood? Nope and nope and we were on our way. We were going to boondock in Alaska, but it was hunting season, and we did not have any reflective gear, so we ponied up the ten bucks for a site. I hope you had a fantastic trip. It’s definitely a memory maker! BTW you should ALWAYS announce yourself when you’re crossing someone’s site.

@@tricias5927 oh darn I missed the birthday trip. Definitely something to keep in mind for next time though. I did find a place that made really good food. I didn’t try the croissants so I’m not sure if it’s the same place. It was a super easy crossing for us too. Sure beats getting grilled over what’s in the dog’s food. Luckily we found sites that were just off the highway so hunting wasn’t as much of a worry. I can’t wait to share more because it was such a beautiful place. And thank you! I’m glad it’s not just me who thinks you should give a heads up 🙌🏻

Amazing video! So sorry you had to deal with the car scratches. Hopefully the cake sized cinnamon bun cancelled that out lol

@@MacsPointofViewPhotography thank you! The cinnamon roll helped a little bit. Luckily (or maybe not) I have plenty of other scratches to take care of.

Nice clean ears 🤣😋 And wow that’s a lot of traveling! Glad you made it safe and sound as “failure is always an option” 😉 You know sadly I am not surprised by the clueless rude woman and her dogs that effed up your car…honestly, I just don’t understand other than the persistent attitude of “it’s my world and the rest of us are just living in it”. Truly head scratching behavior…sigh! Well, hoping you and the pups enjoy some big fun and looking forward to seeing more 👊🏻🫶🏻B

@@Barret-paddles I’m pretty sure I felt her get my brain 🤣 I know that there are different attitudes around dog ownership (coming from a farm girl I see it on both sides) but damage is damage. And I have so much more to share. It makes up for all the kitchen videos 😁

back in 1977 I drove from Fort Nelson BC to Newmarket Ontario on a 650 Yamaha motorcycle in 3 days in the later part of october complete with some snow days. So I would say in a car yes you can make it in a week easy.

@@dog_guy-c8x that must have been a wild ride. I’m pretty much every sense of the word. I bet some parts of the drive haven’t changed.

@@adventuredawgs It was cold cold cold, could not do it now, to dam old. LOL I road sometimes 18, 20 hour days. I had a buddy that road out with me and his bike blew up on the second day of pushing it so hard, his was a 350 two stroke bike it just could not take it. We pushed the dam thing over a cliff some where hell if I really no where, I do no the police phoned him about 3 years later telling him they found his bike, he just told them to scrap it.

Looks like a lot happened during this trip! Roads closing at a certain point in the year is so foreign to me. It was broke 100 here earlier in the week.

@@AdventureswithBeeGee oh wow!! I woke up to frost this morning. Luckily we don’t get into too much more drama after this. At least nothing on this scale.
