Erik Ahl No Blaine and Josh wrote the script for 11 little roosters so it was their idea.

Speaking as a licensed cosmetologist, it's against state board health and safety standards to reuse the waxing strips, even if it's on the same client. We're supposed to use fresh strips with every pull because there is a higher chance of creating an infection like a staph infection from using dirty strips. Also I noticed that she waxed over previously waxed areas and that's also a big no no, you're more likely to break the skin and again that creates higher chances of infection. There may be different standards in Texas or wherever they are because cosmetologists are held accountable and licensed at a state level and not a federal level, but those are the standards for New York at least.
