Hi Abbey, thank you for sharing your story I'm also taking meds for my anxiety/depression. It is really a difficult situation to be in. I easily get overwhelmed with work but I learned to forgive myself and go with my own pace. Your videos inspires me to keep going, I'm also using The Diarist Journal thank you Abbey!
