That's really the only reason this is okay. The Beatles want to be remembered for their entire career, not just 1964. But after Get Back, about the end, and Now & Then, after-end, I suppose one focus on 1964 is okay.

And this was just the beginning. Be sure and watch the original movie "Let It Be" as well as the new Peter Jackson documentary on the making of that album. Watching them work together, even though there were some serious tensions building within the band, is fascinating when you consider just how good they were on their instruments. Lastly, listen to "Come Together" off of the Abbey Road album, and listen to McCartney's bass line. For major sections of the song, he's laying down in the weeds and not even playing... but when he comes back in... - it's perfect.
I was 12 1/2 years old in February 1964 and the Beatles were a game-changer for me. I embraced the “British Invasion” music. The Beatles turned me into the Anglophile I still am today. I love British TV and theatre. I’ve been to the UK many times and even lived there for a while in 1977. I listen to a talk radio station out of London every day. I “rediscovered” the Everly Brothers a few years ago (who influenced the Beatles and so many of the British Invasion groups) but I’m still a Beatles fan and an Anglophile.

The Beatles captured lightning in a bottle literally every single time they released a record....how is it possible??? Even random album tracks that the band themselves were dismissive of are still universally loved 60 years later across the generations. No other band or artist has a back catalog as influential as The Beatles....how did they do it??? I demand answers!!!!
The music, writing and recording process back then was very short and spontaneous. Their first album was recorded in one day on a two-track machine. That's how you capture lightning and they maintained a quick writing and recording process throughout their career. That spontaneity in music is largely gone today.
all of this just really shows how much of an impact the beatles made to the people of america during the 60s. I'm turning 14 in December and I Love the Beatles. I loved them for all my life!!! And I'm so glad they're releasing it in honor of George on his death date. Rest in peace, George Harrison
I am almost 71 now and started playing in bands in 1969 and still play guitar today. it all started for me with these lads that shaped the 60’s and changed music forever. Went to Liverpool last year and what an experience it was. If you’re a Beatles fan it’s a must do. You can just imagine them walking by Strawberry Fields , Penny Lane and going to the Cavern Club in the evenings.
reading all of these comments is so heartwarming omg. i’m 18 and i’ve loved the beatles since i was 14. it’s so beautiful seeing so many people from different generations still being brought together by them.
This morning one of my supervisors played a few Beatles songs on speaker before shift. It was magical, especially Here Comes the Sun. I hope humanity remembers their work because art like this feeds a person’s soul.
I was just a kid in 1964 but my older sister and brothers had their 45's I just remembered sitting outside their rooms hearing the music ❤ I was hooked. The Beatles have been like the soundtrack for my life, bad times/good times just a huge fan they are the best band ever no doubt!!!!
I was lucky. Smack dab in the middle of BeatleMania, I saw The Beatles, LIVE ! 22Aug1965 Portland OR USA It was my 9th Birthday ! It was the best place to be on the Planet. Can't wait to see, 'Beatles 64' It'll bring back great memories.
I’m 35 years old and I would say that nothing beats whatever music the Beatles came up with. I just used a little pun there. I’ve been listening to the band for over 20 years. As a Beatles fan, I think that what the Beatles did for music and popular culture will be remembered for ages. It’s wonderful to see a new Beatles documentary film out. Long live the Fab Four!!!
First Get Back, and now this? I'm so excited!! (I'm 15 and I've been really obsessed and fascinated with The Beatles and music history in general, it's been really fun watching videos and researching about them in my free time haha)
The Beatles were the greatest musical quartet to ever exist. I am so happy to see all the folks from the younger generations loving their music and helping to keep it alive for more future generations.
I was 13 in 1975, when coincidently, the Beatles film "Help" was shown on German TV. I just heard the song "Help" and thought: "WHAT IS THAT??? This sound 😊😊makes my heart, head, soul, blood spin. I must have more of this!" I have been a Beatles fan ever since and I'm 62 today.😊❤🎉
After all these years and, like many others here, this is a video that sends chills down my spine, and brings a HUGE smile. How we love these four guys is beyond words.

It's exciting to look at the biggest phenomenon of Beatlemania that promises to thrill through Disney streaming. Thank you with all my heart, the excitement is in me!! 😃😀😉😗💖❤️❤💖✨🌟✨🌟👏👏👏
THE BEATLES = THE BEST.
My husband was the biggest Beatles fan. I wish he was alive so we could watch this together. He would have loved it.
Just turned 50 this year and I still listen and love the Beatles. Changed my life when I first sat down and listened to their music. After all these years, their music still touches people.
I'm turning 14 in December and I Love the Beatles. I loved them for all my life!!! And I'm so glad they're releasing it in honor of George on his death date. Rest in peace, George Harrison

My favourite era of the beatles, can't get enough of them during these years and John looks sooo adorable 😿💖
The best band of all time
I am so happy to see the Beatles still releasing amazing films and songs!
Beatles & Elvis the two best never to be repeated artists ❤
I am almost 71 now and started playing in bands in 1969 and still play guitar today. it all started for me with these lads that shaped the 60’s and changed music forever. Went to Liverpool last year and what an experience it was. If you’re a Beatles fan it’s a must do. You can just imagine them walking by Strawberry Fields , Penny Lane and going to the Cavern Club in the evenings.
Whoah the quality in those clips!! I can’t wait 😎🎸
reading all of these comments is so heartwarming omg. i’m 18 and i’ve loved the beatles since i was 14. it’s so beautiful seeing so many people from different generations still being brought together by them.
60 years later and I still can't get enough of the Fab four!
This morning one of my supervisors played a few Beatles songs on speaker before shift. It was magical, especially Here Comes the Sun. I hope humanity remembers their work because art like this feeds a person’s soul.
Christmas is coming early this year! They know it, we know it. We just can’t get enough of these guys 😍
I was just a kid in 1964 but my older sister and brothers had their 45's I just remembered sitting outside their rooms hearing the music ❤ I was hooked. The Beatles have been like the soundtrack for my life, bad times/good times just a huge fan they are the best band ever no doubt!!!!
My story exactly. Thanks to my older sibs I can remember watching them on Ed Sullivan when I was just shy of five years old.
I also saw them that day, afternoon show. Got tickets for my 13th birthday which was earlier in the month.
@@vickib5579 I went to the afternoon show !! Were you that girl screaming ? I think I saw you ! Wow, small world.
@@RogerPeet Very small, and yes, that was me. 😉
THANK YOU BEATLES
Cuarenta largos años escuchándolos como la primera vez. Nadie los supera. Maravillosos!!
I love how we get a piece of Beatles media every year before Christmas ❤
The Beatles were the greatest musical quartet to ever exist.
I am so happy to see all the folks from the younger generations loving their music and helping to keep it alive for more future generations.
I was 13 in 1975, when coincidently, the Beatles film "Help" was shown on German TV. I just heard the song "Help" and thought: "WHAT IS THAT??? This sound 😊😊makes my heart, head, soul, blood spin. I must have more of this!"
I have been a Beatles fan ever since and I'm 62 today.😊❤🎉
¡¡¡¡SIEMPRE THE BEATLES!!!!, DESDE MADRID ESPAÑA 🇪🇸 🎉
After all these years and, like many others here, this is a video that sends chills down my spine, and brings a HUGE smile. How we love these four guys is beyond words.
Simply put, greatest band of all time. Not even close
BRILLIANT GREAT TRAILER - thank you so much - this will be the best birthday and Thanksgiving ever - great thanks to The Beatles - I love you guys, always have always will!
What an iconic group, the best ever. There will never be a band like the Beatles.
It would be the BeeGees.😊
The world's greatest rock band ever at their absolute peak; cannot wait for this doc!
I have been a fan since 1964 I was 9 years old. I absolutely love The Beatles for multiple reason. I have every available song bootlegs and all. I play their music ,read the book often (reading one now). I will be a fan forever!
The best part of my youth was experiencing Beatlemania in real time. At 12 years old I was mad for them as they consumed almost everything in my young life. 60 years later they're still making history. I'm looking forward to seeing this amazing documentary and becoming that 12 year old girl again! I love the Beatles!
Yep! They changed everything! Thank God!!!🎉
It is lucky that I can love The Beatles in my lifetime. They will never die.
I'm so happy the greatest band of all time has this much documentation! It's amazing being able to see what they were like when they made some of their best songs.
i'm going to watch this 100 times
A day in the life is one of my favorite songs. And of course countless other wonderful tracks as well. The Beatles lives on!❤
One Beatle documentary a year? Please keep them coming. I'll buy!
BTW, I would looooooooooove a revisit of The Beatles Anthology documentary. A new transfer, maybe new content? I have that on DVD and watch it any other year. My precious indeed. Needs a face lifting though.
Wow! Does this bring back fab memories! I saw the Beatles in person in Philadelphia and there was such a vibe then that rarely have I felt that way again! They were electric and I will never forget them or that time again! Love you Beatles forever!
❤️💓🪲
When Giants walked the earth! WOW!
Excited to see me favorite band once again on a new documentary. Cant wait to see this. Beatles live on forever 🤍
We will never see the likes of them again absolute legends ❤
