Kim!! You make every dish look so good!! I definitely need to try bun bo hue. In the Filipino culture/cuisine we use water spinach or what we call kang kong in a dish called Sinigang. Its one of our popular dishes. Its a sour base soup that is made with either pork, chicken, beef, fish/salmon and shrimp as the protein and we add the water spinach/kangkong. My favourite is the pork. Soooo good!! #IYKYK 🙌🤤🇵🇭
