In the European Version, edited by one of our most beloved artists, Dario Argento, that ultimate Track only appears twice in the Movie. At the beginning when Peter & Roger face the living Dead in the basement. One of the most powerful scenes in which the horror and menace of these creatures scares us yet we feel souls of once lived human beings. And at the end of the film when our known and so much loved character Stephen has fatefully become one of these creatures. But somehow we feel as if he still belongs to his closest human beings Fran & Peter. When he entered their hideout he somehow swings the door shut. Impact to the maximum!
Another incredible music piece. I love those little details like Flyboy closing the door, a part of him still belonged there with his once were friends. It's their instincts... I know that for many this may be an unpopular opinion, but the Argento's cut is by far the best version of the movie. For the pace, the tension, the horror and especially for the fact that this masterpiece of a soundtrack is present from beginning to end.

Just love this movie because of the music! I like every cut of the film for its own reasons, but usually it’s because of the music by Goblin!

This is also the zombie theme song that makes me feel creepy and one of the best theme songs.

I prefer this version. When i first watched the film and heard it, it sounded so awesome.
"It's Stephen. They're coming up".
Reminds me of a cue used a lot in Dogtanian and the Muskahounds.
Love it👍

Why do they keep them here?
Because they still believe there's respect in dying.
