Cause in the manual of mark ii it says "MOVIE RECORDING RELEASE" meaning you can just assign it to the button next to the shutter. However I think that's exclusive to only the mark ii. Hey, congrats on new camera! Well, if you are using zoom lens then you can zoom with it, if you have fixed lens, then you wont be able to zoom with it.
Hey! I have this camera for 2 months, and I've learned a lot from you. I have a question about auto options, and maybe you will help me with the answer. I take photos in aperture priority and when I set "auto 1" to 3200 ISO and 200 shutter speed, camera takes photos at 30 SS anyway. I noticed that it depends on light. If there is a lot of light, the shutter speed stays at 200. However, I don't want to go down to 30 when I set the minimum to 200. Can I do something about it? Thanks! 🙌
Well, the only thing I can say is that I dont like fuji's light metering system. For example it always cranks up ISO for me even though it could keep it lower therefore minimise the noise in the image. In your case it might be that the camera doesn't see the option to keep shutter fast depending on your aperture, maybe you close your aperture too much, because I cant imagine the camera would want to shoot shutter 30 while the ISO is 3200 and wide aperture
Hey! Its a difficult topic, I would consider X-T3 or X-T4 maybe even used, because I noticed that X-T30ii overheats fast when shooting 4k high quality video due to small body I gues, but dont know how X-T3 or X-T4 performs with same video settings
Hey, its because you are probably shooting in a dark enviroment, try to put it in shutter priority mode (S,Tv) mode then you will be able to set shutter speed and then camera will figure the rest

Hey, A mode means that you will shoot in Apetture priority, so you can adjust Aperture and the camera will decide shuter speed, if there is not enough light then camera might set shuter speed even 8” so check you F setting and ISO to adjust them so SS would be faster

This is simple: the drive mode must be set to Single frame (S) in order to use Clarity. Your camera will disable Clarity for any continuous shooting (burst) mode, HDR, or bracket. But keep in mind wit clarity being on it will take longer for camera to process each shot

Unfortunately no, youll have to adjust white balance everytime
Awesome!!! I loved this camera, but it was overly complex......sell the Fuji and buy the 10 year old Lecia Q :-)

Check what shooting mode dial is set to, for example if it is set to Adv.1 mode then lots of options will be locked

It should be in Menu under I.Q. section, find Grai Effect and turn it off there

Thamls! I totally agree that chapters is a must, but as far as I checked they are only available from 1000 subs, so I have to wait for that

Hey! If your images are blurry then it might be to slow shutter speed or auto focus isnt turned on
