Idk if you guys already know, but I've found that if you use the bile at the last second the final boss is alive at the first fase he will return with 30% less life because of the disease, it could save you some seconds, I've already done it with hatchet skill and putrefying scream perk also but it's harder than the bile, it should be at the very moment he is dying at first fase because he takes a few seconds to respawn and if you use the disease too soon it would not work
