You are a Champion! I have followed you for over 40 years. You are still a Father of faith that I deeply respect. I want to tell you I am going through a lot of physical limitations like you and always in pain. Multiple back problems, hip problems and recently diagnosed with moderate persistent asthma at the age of 72. I walk with a cane, a walker, and use a scooter. Yet you prophesied over me last year and it confirmed the word of the Lord for me. You have been a constant source of encouragement and your transparency is beyond reproach. I believe like you do and don't doubt you are a man of God. You are here because we need you and God uses you immensely even in your weakness. I am continuing to pray for you and believe with you! I love you Papa James. (even though we are about the same age). God bless you!

My husband had a serious problem with his back and suffered from back pain 24 /7 . It was a nightmare.
He suffered for years
He is healed now, but even when he had so many problems with his health he prayed for people and they were healed, but he was suffering.

I am one of those millenials who never followed you regularly, but I have always appreciated what you shared, when I came across it.
First of all, thank you for your authenticity. And my heartfelt empathy for all the pain and frustration and this, what seem like being between a rock and a hard place in terms of health, feels like. I feel you. Thank you for being so honest also about what that implies emotionally. I get the tension between doing "your part" medically and keeping the faith and fighting not to lower the bar but still having to deal with not being healed despite it all.
I am sure you know that, but I just would like to affirm you, that your value does not lie in your strength, your ability to be productive or always on the obvious and quick and uncomplicated winner side.
I'll be praying for you! Bless you,dear brother! And may Jesus meet you where you're at. Not solely under the anointing but wholly! Heaps of love and blessing from a sister from Germany! 🙌
I also wanted to add that I really appreciate your take on what has been happening at IHOP and the overall shakings in the worldwide church.
And why would God chose brokenness? Someone once said "Never trust a leader who does not limp" referencing to Jacob after having fought God. I believe there is a certain fragrance that only emits from broken vessels. A fragrance that it truly is about HIS, the treasure. And also I believe that you will be restored to better than ever before. That your latter glory will be more than the first glory. And that HE will get you through! I don't know how, and this also seems to be a global thing, being sifted in those areas where it truly hurts, but HE is with us in the sifting and in the glory that comes from it!
You are a champion on earth and in Heaven . We stand with you for full recovery . I am sorry to hear this but helps us prayer accurately . Thank you for your transparent heart . There is a new chapter to be written yet . May His Goodness and mercy follow you all the days of your life .

I just want to say I had heard of you but never really connected to your ministry until just a couple of weeks ago! But you have been a blessing in your TH-cam videos, and I feel that we have a similar heart as far as prayer and crying out to God! When I return to U.S. (I am now in Bangladesh as a missionary) I will definitely look for your books on prayer, intercession and the prophetic!
I believe you are one of the best teachers on prayer and intercession!
It must be so hard what you are having to endure, but I believe that because you have put yourself on the front lines , so to speak, in the Army of the LORD, that the enemy is NOT happy about this! Remember, "you do not wrestle against Flesh and blood, but against Principalities " ..

Hello I am watching from Krum , Tx. My wife and I go to Streams Church in Lewisville, Tx with John Thomas. My heart goes out to you. Thanks for your candor. I have been on crutches for about 5 years because of bad knees and I know what it's like to be judged and condemned, but not from Streams Church. All I can offer is prayers and compassion. Physical pain hurts, but emotional pain hurts worse. Always wondering why others are healed and not me. All that to say: I feel your pain! From the bottom of my heart, "God bless you my brother!"

As I listened to you I wondered if you were telling my story.
There are so many things I can’t do, because I use a cane. Can’t drive so I’ve lost my independence.
If I sit up or stand up too fast, my blood pressure drops and the vertigo sets in. There are people in the church that ask if I have sin in my life. There is no one who understands. So I totally relate.

My pastor speaks of the 2 sides of the cross as the up/down, our relationship with God. The cross piece, our relationship to others. I loved hearing your thought on the 2 sides of the cross.

Lord, I know You are Kind and Good and loving. There are days when the enemy gets us to question why? He uses “friends” like Job’s to attack us. Lord, forgive them. Right now I ask You to touch James. Bring him comfort and assurance that he is being used of God to raise up and grow up the people of God. Lord, You are El Roi. You watch every step James takes. You see the pain added to pain. You know he is a “Feeler” and take the pains of others on himself. Pain upon pain upon pain. I ask You to send the Angel armies to surround him and bring him restful, refreshing sleep. Lord, he is Your son. You are Jehovah Jireh. You provide, always and every time. Abraham didn’t expect to find that Ram caught in the thicket. Open James’ eye to see the Ram You have provided for him. You are Jehovah Shalom. You bring peace and perfect completeness. I ask this for James, and I know You will provide through the blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony.
