River indus does not come from siachin , it starts from lake manserover Tibet enters laddakh india then enters pakistan and near skardu is joined by river shyok which originates from rimo glacier an offshoot of siachin glacier. River nubera that start from siachin also ends up in river shyok.

Yes brother. but adding Soq valley along with desert and Manthoka is not advisable. Leaving 8am from Skardu, you will reach 11am Manthoka. 2 hrs there. back to desert at 1530 or 1600 hrs. climbing the highest sand dune will take min 1 hr.

It was 23rd Oct 2020 and I think late Oct or early Nov is the best season because autumn is at peak at this time.

Manthokha Waterfall is unnatural. You should have visited Khamosh Waterfall. It takes 2 hours from Manthokha.
