Nice train station tour, Dan. Your right about not seeing to many pay phones anymore. Last ones we saw were in northern Manitoba Canada. But, you needed them there as we lost cell service within an hour of heading north from Winnipeg. Looks like a nice station. Clean and well maintained!
Thanks for watching! Pay phones should never die out completely. They are needed in remote areas or after a disaster like after a hurricane in FL. Our cellphones were unable to be used for a week after the last big storm. Wall phone still worked for emergencies!

This is so cool! this Amtrak station is huge compared to the one I use for my Chicago trips. Nope no pay phones, haven't seen one of those for a long time, I remember when they were on every street corner. I like the idea of having an area to sit with the kids or play cards... there is no seating on the platform at the station that I use, and I don't remember seeing an ATM either. Excellent tour and very thorough, I really enjoyed this video you did this perfectly. Hope you and your family are well and gearing up for summer! I'm going to make sure to get out and do more on-location videos this summer. Have an awesome week!
Yeah and it was still tiny compared to Chicago and NY! Yeah an area to sit with the kids is nice. Someday we will come check out the Amtrak station near you! We are trying to visit them all! That’s one of the nicest small stations you’ve shown us. Love all the seating. I’ve been to the horse races lots of times. My parents used to take me. They even let me bet. Really fun place. 👍😊👏
