This show is primarily about showing off amazing vocals and, while there are some great singers in girl groups, their performances are more focused on dancing and stage presence than great singing. Aside from Mamamoo the best vocals I've seen from girl groups on this show are Gfriend and Oh My Girl's stages.

No one even remembers "where are you" because of the bad timing of that release (just after they gained more fans from hobgoblin). CLC has amazing ballads in on their albums, but we're scared that a ballad as a title track will flop again.

Other songs in that album were more catchy more upbeat, which is what they were known for at that point. I Like It would've been the perfect summer song, it had great choreo, a catchy tune, and would've served as a great comeback after something as jarring as Hobgoblin. Where are you had more of an autumn feel to it and it was also a ballad. Ballads generally don't do as well for girlgroups, especially when it's the wrong season, the girlgroup isn't an established group, never released a ballad before and comes from a smaller company (cube is decent but nowhere near sm/jype/yg and I feel like only SM would've been able to pull smth like this off, like they did with RV's One Of These Nights). All in all I'm wondering who the hell decided this was a great move marketing wise.
