That 850cc is probably a 75 model cause it's left hand shift, was done to import to US market bought mine in 76 ,best handling motorcycle I ever rode !!!

Fun fact - the electric starter on the 850 Mk3 shown is the same one as on the 400 Electra.

I had two Jubilee's they were rubbish then a 52 ES2 and finally the very last Manx to leave Nortons show room in 1963 the last 11 had no engines as they went to Cooper racing cars so i fttted a Triumph T120 with Tricor Cams, Weslake 8 valve conversion and Norton Atlas crank yes it was quite fast 😆

Thats not an ES2 its a Model 50 with alloy head the ES2 was cast iron

Back in the day while my Triumph was being repaired I was given a 350 very low milage Navigator to run. it was the worst bag of nails I have ever ridden !
