How to BackUp Photo and video using Google Photos

Turn back up & sync on or off
Before you start, make sure you're signed in.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app.
Sign in to your Google Account.
At the top, tap Menu.
Select Settings Back up & sync.
Tap "Back up & sync" on or off.
If you've run out of storage, scroll down and tap Turn off backup.
Things to keep in mind about this setting:
Changing backup settings will affect all apps that use Back up & sync, such as Google Drive.
If you have Back up & sync on, deleting the Google Photos app from your device will not turn it off. To turn off Back up & sync, follow the instructions above.
Change your back up settings
Choose the Google Account to back up photos and videos: Under "Backup account", tap the account name.
Change your upload size: Tap Upload size. Learn more about upload sizes
Back up device folders: Tap Back up device folders and select the folders you want to back up.
Back up on mobile data: If you don't want to wait for Wi-Fi to back up your photos, under "Cellular data back up," tap Photos or Videos. Charges from your service provider may apply if you upload using your mobile network.
Back up while roaming: Under "When to back up," tap Roaming.
Check if your photos are backed up
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app .
Sign in to your Google Account.
Tap Photos
At the top, you'll see if your photos are backed up, or if it's still waiting to back up.

If you want to remove some photos from backup but not from device you need to sign to new device like laptop or phone then you remove the photo, then it will remove from backup

First click on the top right icon then go to the setting you can see the backup option on the top click on that after that you can enable or disable backup.

How 2 backup google photos to external hard disk
You have to first login to the Gmail account where you backup photos to your laptop and then download all the photos and store in Hard disk
why is my google photos full storage my photos are only less than 300 i already deleted everything in my drive
Because google photos provide you 15 GB storage free in cloud and even if you delete photos from device it will be there in cloud and used the storage.
If you want free space you have to delete from cloud

How to restore the photo at the backup file ?
You need to do it manually because there is no such option right now.
If you 15 GB is over I suggest you to remove the video first because it take too much space compared to photos

You can download from cloud directly.
There is an option for download
Bro i have my all photos on google photos app but bro that photos are not backup so that there quality is not good bcz they aren't backup bro plz tell me how i backup my all photos in one click
Click on the top right icon and then select backup after that click on the three dots, now enable backup and select the quality option
After that go to the library down below and here you can enable the folder you wanted to backup and don't forget to disable the backup the folder that you don't want to backup
