I want to thank you for this video. I'm in training to be a 9-1-1 Dispatcher. I watch this video before I go into work every day to remind myself why I'm fighting through the stress and fatigue. Update: After 6 months of intense training I am soon to be a fully qualified 9-1-1 Dispatcher. I've helped a lot of people so far and I aim to help many more. Thank you again for providing this video that gave me the strength to go in and face my fears head on during the hardest days of my training.
