    Really appreciate the detailed explanation of the exercise and how to vary the leg position to dial up the heat or dial it down. Having one person talk and the other performing the exercise is the way to go. Thanks very much.

    Why are the legs raised at a 45% angle? I do The Hundred with my feet straight and heels raised about two inches above the floor.

      Because the lower back must be manteined towards the mat, otherwise you will harm your spine
