I go to my grandmas during winter and watch ALF when I’m cold drinking hot tea with my family my favorite thing during the holidays ALF has been in my life since I can remember
KHWendy28 I say no. Here is a few reasons why: 1. Reboots of old Tv Shows or Movies, usually are horrible, or badly done 2. The original people aren't in it 3. The original will always be better 4. Alf will always be better as an 80's classic 5. Comedy these days are badly done 6. Because I said so. Please don't give me any hatred, theses are MY opinions and I'm not trying to sound rude. Again, this is why I say no. Thanks for reading and considering why I say no.
What happens to the project for the new ALF comedy series? Have ALF's photos taken with his new family? Will we be watching new adventures with our beloved melmakov soon?
I remember Sony announcing about 6 years ago (August 2012) that it had acquired rights for a feature film adaptation of ALF. As a fan of this 80s TV sitcom, I've waited years for this. This being the kind of show that could speak to its audience, and being relatable. Plans for ALF to be a CGI-hybrid didn't exactly sit well with fans, as they'd prefer the puppet version. Plus, I'd hope that the movie project hadn't stalled, and is still being worked on... unless another movie studio (like Paramount, Universal, 20th Century Fox, DreamWorks, or Warner Brothers) wishes to acquire it from Sony. I've heard that Sony isn't doing well, and wouldn't be surprised if Viacom (owner of Paramount) or newly formed Warner Media (from AT&T-Time Warner merger... owner of Warner Brothers), or Comcast (owner of Universal) were to explore acquiring Sony in the next couple of years.
There's a very interesting but dark movie with Ben Stiller called "Permanent Midnight" about one of the writers on ALF that had a terrible heroin addiction.
Nah. It's a different continuity. And by the way Alf comic book crosses over only ONCE with Marvel Comic Universe in Alf Annual #1 where he meets High Evolutionary.
This just taught me something new, when alf was talking about foam being valuable on his planet I thought he was talking about the kind used in pillows and chair cousions and stuff like that not millions of tiny soap bubbles
One of your youtube ads sent me to this video and not the one in the ad. The one featured in the ad was for the video Silverhawks: Everything you didn't know. I am not trying to be rude, I just wasn't expecting to myself on a completely different video when i clicked on the link provided.
It was a great show, thank you for your screen time and hey, we knew it is not a real show that promotes cat eating! :D Not that I am not even vegan now! :)
"Still a few years from Star Trek: The Next Generation". Hmm, Alf debuted on September 22, 1986 and TNG on September 28, 1987. 53 weeks, just over 1 year is "several years" nowadays?

ComicsLegend it's true. They used a person as Alf when they needed full body scenes. The person who dressed up as Alf sadly passed away I. 2016 or 2017. Don't quote me on that. I'm not really sure.....
it was funny when alf sneezed in the episode "breaking up is hard to do" and made kate jump back and spill scrambled eggs out of the pan she was holding and the eggs went onto brian's shirt and then alf used the tablecloth to wipe his nose. and I like the part in the episode "pilot" where alf sprayed shaving cream in the bathroom. and I like the scene in the episode "keepin the faith" where alf put brown foundation makeup on lynn's face and then he put red blusher on top of that. it looked the blusher brush tickled
i would have loved it but i love cats far too much and hoped it got cancelled which it did and came back as an anti-cat cartoon which i also discouraged./ i like cats im sorry i cant recommend this.
R.I.P. Max Wright. He was my favorite TV dad. People think I'm crazy when I tell them this is my favorite show of all time
I go to my grandmas during winter and watch ALF when I’m cold drinking hot tea with my family my favorite thing during the holidays ALF has been in my life since I can remember
Alex Hernandez, WTF is wrong with those people??? Lol
5 years later and we lost Benji

KHWendy28 totally agree. ✌️
Paul Fusco said they have an ALF film in the making.
Austin I know!!! I can't wait

KHWendy28 I agree but don’t think it’ll happen due to the actor that played Alf died a while ago
I was a regular performer on"Alf's Hit Talk Show".
Also the Christmas special is to this day the most emotional Christmas or holiday special ever
It's based on a true story that's why it was so beautiful.
ALF is back! In pog form!
What happens to the project for the new ALF comedy series? Have ALF's photos taken with his new family? Will we be watching new adventures with our beloved melmakov soon?
Those Melmac girls, they're out of this world...
Lmao
Does anybody realize were a mailman came from. It was a set of dinnerware That was indestructible
Loved it when he did a guest spot in an episode of Mr. Robot
Melmacs most famous citizen is actually Gordon Shemway...
I have wondered why the Tanner family didn't just call him, Gordon. I loved the cartoon too.
I could tell she didn't do her research . " ALF " made it's debut in 1986 , a full year before Star Trek : TNG came on the air , smh .

Correction: Bouilabaseball was played with fish parts and not with fish guts. The fish guts were sold in concession stands.
ALF's last name is mine its so cool my grandpa had known the creator of Alf
50 issues of Alf comics. I should know cause I had them all. His first issue back in the late 90's was worth a whooping $8.00 at the time.
Marvel made ALF comics? Does this mean the ALF TV show is part of the MCU?
Nah. It's a different continuity. And by the way Alf comic book crosses over only ONCE with Marvel Comic Universe in Alf Annual #1 where he meets High Evolutionary.
@@adriantrela Was great though ;p ;)
So Howard the duck and Alf is in the same universe
This just taught me something new, when alf was talking about foam being valuable on his planet I thought he was talking about the kind used in pillows and chair cousions and stuff like that not millions of tiny soap bubbles
Lol, I thought it was styrofoam 😅
How did the do the Lens fogging in the opening credits?
Dear Syfy wire, why are some of your videos not available in my country?

One of your youtube ads sent me to this video and not the one in the ad. The one featured in the ad was for the video Silverhawks: Everything you didn't know. I am not trying to be rude, I just wasn't expecting to myself on a completely different video when i clicked on the link provided.
Whats with half of your videos not being available in the uk?
Okay, where can I find the reason for the abrupt ending of the last episode?...
basically puppet Mork
It was a great show, thank you for your screen time and hey, we knew it is not a real show that promotes cat eating! :D Not that I am not even vegan now! :)
RIP Benji Gregory 😢😢😢😢
I thought the money on Melmac was called wernics.
Or matters
Wow you just retold first 15 minutes of Fusco's interview like 30 years ago and got 70k views :D We are doomed :D
ALF is gangsta. He ate my neighbors' cat and skipped town without a trace.
"Still a few years from Star Trek: The Next Generation". Hmm, Alf debuted on September 22, 1986 and TNG on September 28, 1987. 53 weeks, just over 1 year is "several years" nowadays?
And a "few" is "several"? Go make you're own video and we can pick it apart.
Yes, but, who voiced ALF? You forgot that little tidbit!
Series creator Paul Fusco did ALF's voice.
Mark Demmin II Paul Fusco
Alftales was my JAM
What happens to the project for the new ALF comedy series? Have ALF's photos taken with his new family? Will we be watching new adventures with our beloved melmakov soon?
I always thought there was a little person inside the suit.
ComicsLegend whenever they show Alf’s entire body, then their was a little person inside an Alf suit. ✌️
ComicsLegend it's true. They used a person as Alf when they needed full body scenes. The person who dressed up as Alf sadly passed away I. 2016 or 2017. Don't quote me on that. I'm not really sure.....
Michu wore a ALF suit for full body scenes/moments.
Only in season 1 and 2.
@@robertreynolds9961what about the last episode consider me gone .?
Alf is probably gonna a dark and gritty movie reboot at some where lovable alien puppet gets turn into a cgi monstrosity.
it was funny when alf sneezed in the episode "breaking up is hard to do" and made kate jump back and spill scrambled eggs out of the pan she was holding and the eggs went onto brian's shirt and then alf used the tablecloth to wipe his nose. and I like the part in the episode "pilot" where alf sprayed shaving cream in the bathroom. and I like the scene in the episode "keepin the faith" where alf put brown foundation makeup on lynn's face and then he put red blusher on top of that. it looked the blusher brush tickled
I miss Alf tales
Andrea Elson is awesome.
and don't forget the two saturday morning cartoons
They could use a remote control robot instead of a puppet now...
_... And here comes Mr. Meatloaf_
What's with her constant body twitching? It's like watching a slow motion seizure.
She sniffed a bunch of pills right before
From what I know that Paul Fusco guy seems like a nutjob, but at least a successful one.
Ronald Reagan was a good American and a great President. Also, Alf was a Republican as he was on the Alf/Quayle 92 ticket in his dream.
Why do every TH-camrs hate ALF
That's not what a plot hole is.
Wait...ALF is a Marvel character alright Disney let's see him in the MCU.
Turns on TV to watch alf
Ads: let me introduce my self
Alf: Am I a joke to you?
Rodney Dangerfield was number one then I’ll tell you all had to be number two. The show was out of the ballfield great homerun
