This is the reason I prefer the Rowdyruff boys from the cartoon, they’re gross but not AS GROSS as the RRB Z. In episodes like “bubble boy” and “boy toys” they were just having fun around town and not trying to harass the powerpuff girls at all (because what the HELL was that skirt lift?!), and if we consider the flashback from the closet episode somewhat canon then they most definitely calmed down and stopped trying to destroy the ppgs.

I was actually disappointed with what they did to the Rowdy Ruff Boys. They were some of the few villains in the original version that were able to push the Power Puff Girls to the brink of defeat, but here they are just joke villains.
