Not just at the NFL level (obviously). But at DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, juco, high school varsity, etc. Drill after drill. Weights after weights. Practice after practice. Film session after film session. Look at the amount of work that went into a 4-12 team.

And the horrible, HORRIBLE stadium agreement doomed the Rams to move from the start. I would love to see another NFL team here in the future but with all the animosity that came with the Rams move I don't think that'll happen for a really long time.

Hard Knocks LA was painful to watch as a Rams lifer.
