There's a reason mui goku is the only character that counters blast and strike cards by standing still. Even the devs realize that was a giant mistake which is probably the reason Ultra ui goku doesn't have it
I think the only reason ULTRA UI doesn't have it is because he is ULTRA UI *sign* . ULTRA UI (or MUI) will definitely have it.

Mui goku is the only character that can stand still and counter strike and blast while dealing damage but usv only counters blast by using a strike and it uses all of his gauge

You have to win 4 pvp matches but you have to use all type of character.
1. In first match you have to use 3 ultra to win match
2. In second match you have to use 3 legend limited to win a match
3, in third you have to use 3 sparking unit to win match
4. In fourth you have to use 3 extreme unit to win match
I know its a tough challenge but you can do it.

I actually solo with him your error is you stay standing you gotta attack constantly put pressure om your enemy so they attack using the counter more efficient the auto dodge actually gives you alot of freedom to move but gotta move wisely not just stay standing like you letting you self run of counter to quick
i would agree if the point wasn't to only use counters. There were numerous instance when i want to be aggressive and the attack ends up landing. In a normal setting, yes being agressive is better, but i need to be careful with my attacks here so i dont do dmg outside of the counters
