Thank you for mentioning that taking medicine is ok. I feel like there is a lot of stigma in the church with that. I believe God wants us well, and if medicine helps, it’s for His glory too. Appreciate you sharing your story with that. 💛

I am encouraged that I know it is a process that I have to walk through. It's not easy but I know I will seek the help I need. Pray for me.
I needed to hear this so badly today. My anxiety and sadness has me in tears today. I live alone at 68 and sometimes the loneliness is simply unbearable. No matter who I visit or visits me, friends, family, neighbors, my kids and grandkids, or where I go or what I do etc, I know my day begins and ends alone, everyone can't be in my life everyday, they have their lives to live. If it weren't for my little dog, who knows. God please intervene and help me get through this very painful season in my life and end this season of anxiety, sadness, and loneliness. I love you and trust you dear Lord with all my heart.

I am in isolation. I don't have good people in my life. I have God, yes but it's a sorrowful season.
I lived like this for years untill 7 months ago. It was terrible. Im near family and my mind is healing i still have traumas to heal.

Thank you Lisa. I started having anxiety and agoraphobia in my teens. The Lord helped me manage it and stay well for many years. In 2022 I got fired from a job I had for 7 yrs. Wrongly accused of stealing something I had payed with a credit card. The anxiety came back. I'm doing a little better. Plz pray for me. I know how good Jesus is. I stand on his word. I pray for everyone that's suffering from this emotional condition. May Jesus heal and restore everyone's thoughts and mind.Ty so much! Gbless you and your family.🙏🏼👑👼🏼💖🫂
