  • We are at quarters of New Haven Fire Department Engine 4, Truck 1, Car 32, and the SOC Unit at 952 Grand Avenue, where we spend an afternoon riding with Engine 4. The first run of the day was an EMS call at 109 Church Street between Chapel Street and Center Street. I am unsure of the nature of the call, but the patient was transported by AMR. The second run was out of district to 163 Blake Street between Osborn Avenue and Jewell Street for an emotionally disturbed person who was causing damage inside of the lobby of an apartment complex. Normally, Engine 6 or Engine 15 would have been on this call, but Engine 15 was out of service, and Engine 6 was on another run, which can be seen at the 5:55 mark. The individual was met by EMS, as well as NHPD. I am unsure as to the outcome of the call, as we took up shortly after arrival. The third run was to 33 Whitney Avenue between Audubon Street and Grove Street for an EMS call for an individual who wasn't feeling well. I am unsure of the outcome of the call, but AMR was on scene shortly after we got there. The fourth and final call we go on is another EMS call at 311 Temple Street between Wall Street and Elm Street for a person who had passed out. AMR and Emergency 1 were also assigned to the call. AMR was on scene upon our arrival. Engine 4 is a 2022 Seagrave Marauder. Enjoy the rides, as well as the sounds of the siren. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me.
