He will almost always look at the person speaking (whether the interviewer or a fellow member). If you are interviewing or speaking with him directly, he barely breaks eye contact which a few have mentioned can be intimidating (but he means no harm; just a force of habit). In essence, he gives people his undivided attention when approached/addressed.
