So far: • Breakfast - oatmeal + carnation instant breakfast+ coffee • Lunch - ramen or mtn house 1 serving or couscous…add meat of choice • Dinner - Couscous or mashed potatoes…add meat of choice and olive oil I’ve also tried hot cocoa cold and it’s great

Cold soaking was not too bad in WA, even at the end when it was snowing.
