What is the difference between SAP Build Process Automation and Process Automation ?

There is no difference, SAP Process Automation was rebranded into SAP Build Process Automation, as part of the creation of SAP Build -- SAP Build Apps (formerly SAP AppGyver), SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Work Zone.

Have you set up mail server settings? I do not believe it is shown here, but for the mail to work, you need to set up your mail server -- YOU need to provide a mail server, but you can use any SMTP mail account, like Gmail (though use a dedicated mail account for this and follow all security guidelines). I have done this with a separate Gmail account and an app password.
