Got a new cheap lil rca same problem. I reset the the power level to 100 and it seems to be working now. Shouldn't have to do that but we'll see how long it last. Hope this helps someone.
I have this same one and used it for ONE WEEK and it won't heat!! Now I can't return it bc it's been over 30days but my gmom bought it and saved it until I moved out and now I'm screwed

If you have the receipt and it's under warranty, they will replace it for free. Have a look at my other videos for the process
