Manic Panic Virgin Snow is a blue-tinted toner designed to help eliminate brassy tones on the lightest level 10 blonde.
All Manic Panic Semi permanent hair dyes are a deep conditioning mask while dyeing your hair. Which is amazing!!
Manic panic is definitely an OG when it comes to semi permanent hair dyes. They have been around for years. And on my charts it’s number one that I would go to for semi permanent hair dye.  Always does a flawless job with no damage.

Funny enough, so many people have said it's just a diluter, not a toner. But I always questioned, why would someone spend that much on 4oz of diluter when you can go to the grocery store and get a massive bottle of white conditioner (to use as diluter) for half the price lol. Clearly it can be used as a toner.
It's interesting you mention this because arctic fox used to sell their Arctic Mister Diluter as a white toner but changed the name years ago. And it's the same as Manic Panic Virgin Snow - it can definitely be used as a semipermanent white toner on level 10 hair
Manic Panic has a product called pastel-izer that is their diluter, the Virgin snow is meant to have a tone to it. I do 100% agree it's a waste of money to not just use conditioner just figured I'd mention the product difference!
So talking about shade diluters, what will a shade diluter do to blonde hair by itself? Anything?

omg i remember virgin it was a life savior for my hair when i bleached and did root touch ups. a nice little coating and it would wipe out the intensity of the yellow and make it a nice paler tone i liked. the best part it's the only manic panic that doesnt stain the skin.

This is a lessons learned exercise. I guess you could use this shade to mix with the regular purple that you use 💜

Oh bestie, I know exactly what that loooong kind of chest thing is like. The sickest I've been was about 12 years ago, I was off work for about 3 weeks, they were calling me asking if I was ever coming back 😂 But I just couldn't shake it... I couldn't sleep at night, so slept through the day, I was eventually prescribed a puffer for my cough. I haven't had COVID so it terrifies me what that's like! Especially because I now have medical issues.

This is for level 7 hair and your roots are not level 7, worked fine on the rest maybe some purple added to some of the amount could have gotten the yellow from the roots. Ive used conditioners diluted with manic oanic purple that work the same or better than this and WAY MORE COST EFFICIENT I use to use this is my highschool days when i first started bleaching my hair you didnt see blobde toners much so for THEN it was everything lol

Also if you add conditioner to your semi permanent it prevents it from bleeding! So yeah, doing that will make it last forever!!

Sometimes that can happen if left on too long or hair is more porous in some areas. If you use some head and shoulders it will lift it out 🩷🩷🩷
